ARTENA is a curated platform connecting independent artists, makers, and buyers. ARTENAprovides the platform and related services but is not the creator or owner of the works listed by sellers.

artists and creators are responsible for:

• the accuracy of their listings
• the originality and authenticity of their works
• holding the necessary rights to display and sell their works
• complying with applicable laws and regulations

ARTENA carefully curates the works and creators presented on the platform. however, ARTENA cannot guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, or originality of every listing.

we reserve the right to remove content, reject applications, suspend accounts, or remove listings at our discretion.

all prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. ARTENA processes payments on behalf of sellers and releases payouts according to the platform's payout schedule.

shipping times may vary depending on the artist, maker, or location. ARTENA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or events outside our control.

if an order arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. some works are custom-made, or one-of-a-kind, and may not be eligible for return.

artists and creators on ARTENA confirm that the works they upload are their own original creations, or that they hold the necessary rights to display and sell them.

all artworks, images, texts, and content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators unless stated otherwise.

content on ARTENA may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

if you believe that content on ARTENA infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at hello.artena@gmail.com and include:

• a description of the work in question
• a link to the listing or content
• proof of ownership or authorship
• your contact details

we review copyright claims carefully and may temporarily remove content while an investigation is ongoing.

ARTENA reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

ARTENA provides the platform on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

to the extent permitted by law, ARTENA shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages resulting from user-provided content or transactions between users.

we may update the platform, policies, or these terms & conditions from time to time.

these terms are governed by swiss law.

jurisdiction shall be determined by the registered seat of ARTENA.
